Castle Point Well Being: Sporting Memories
Sporting Memories is a friendly and supportive group designed for older adults, especially those who may be feeling isolated or living with conditions like dementia, depression, or loneliness. Our weekly sessions bring people together to chat about sport, enjoy fun activities, and even take part in light physical exercise, all in a relaxed and inclusive setting. Whether you were a Sunday league striker, an armchair fan, or just enjoy reminiscing, you’ll feel right at home.
