Southend Breathe Easy

Monthly support group to share lived experiences of living with a lung condition. Make new friends who know what you’re going through, and learn more about living with a lung condition. We're a very active and supportive group that will go out of our way to make you feel welcome. Our meetings are usually attended by a community nurse who will be only too pleased to answer any queries you may have.
