SMASH Sports Club provides sporting activities for people with learning disabilities aged 13 and above. The club offers a wide range of sports and physical activities in supported settings, helping members stay active, build confidence, try new activities and enjoy social opportunities with others.

SMASH Sports Club provides regular sports and exercise activities for people with learning disabilities. Activities may include football, short tennis, swimming, fitness suite use, archery, ten-pin bowling, pitch and putt golf and other community-based activities. The club is supported by coaches and volunteers, and each sessions costs £4 a person

People with learning disabilities aged 13 and above.
How are services delivered?
Sessions are delivered in person on Saturday afternoons. Most sessions take place at Southend Leisure and Tennis Centre, with some activities held at other venues.
