Southend Mencap 16+ Club is a social and sports activity session for young people aged 16 to 25 with learning disabilities. The club offers a friendly, supported space to meet others, build confidence and take part in activities.

The 16+ Club provides social and sports activities for young people with learning disabilities. It gives members the chance to meet others, take part in activities, develop friendships and enjoy a regular supported club environment.  There is a cost of £6 per person for the 3 hour session.
