Southend Mencap Advocacy Service supports adults with learning disabilities to have their voice heard, understand their rights and make informed choices. The service helps people speak up about issues affecting their lives and access the support they need. Advocacy is available to people aged 18+ with a learning disability living in Southend, Castle Point, Rochford and Rayleigh.
