Get Set UK - IPS Work Your Way
IPS Work Your Way is a new support service delivered by Get Set UK on behalf of Essex County Council. The service helps people aged 18+ with mental health conditions across Greater Essex, Southend and Thurrock to find and keep meaningful, paid employment. We can help with career advice, job search support, advice on earnings and benefits, while putting your wellbeing first.

Our Employment Specialists work with you and your mental health team to help you find and keep the right job. Using the IPS (Individual Placement and Support) model, we focus on what matters most: your employment goals, your strengths, and your recovery.
