Trust Links: TLC Low Cost Counselling
Trust Links are delighted to offer our new counselling service, TLC, to the public. Counselling is a form of professional support that helps individuals work through personal challenges and difficulties. It enables them to gain an insight into their problems, develop coping strategies and work toward positive changes in their lives. If you could benefit from counselling we offer a free initial assessment and if suitable 12 further counselling sessions of 50 minutes with either a student counsellor, or qualified therapist. There is a cost for this service.

If you could benefit from counselling, please complete the referral form here: TLC referral form. After you’ve completed the referral form, one of our friendly team members will be in touch to discuss booking in your initial assessment. After the initial assessment, we will work with you to arrange your first counselling session.

Who can use this service?
TLC is available to adults only.
After a free initial assessment fees per session are £20 with a student counsellor, £30 with a qualified therapist.
