Living with Young Onset Dementia can bring unique challenges around work, family responsibilities, identity, and independence. Our Living well with Young Onset Dementia group provides a warm, supportive space to explore these experiences alongside others who truly understand.
This group offers opportunities to:
- Connect with peers in a friendly, relaxed environment.
- Learn practical strategies to support memory, communication, and everyday living.
- Access information, resources and guidance tailored to younger people with dementia.
Sessions are delivered by health and social care students under the supervision of our registered clinical team, ensuring a safe, person centred and empowering experience.
Whether you have received a recent diagnosis or have been living with Young Onset Dementia for some time, you are warmly welcomed.
