Hamelin: Ability Works Employment Service

Hamelin is dedicated to supporting autistic individuals and adults with learning disabilities to lead fulfilling lives. Ability Works Employment Programme aims to provide comprehensive employability training and support, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to thrive in the workplace. The project is delivered from our Sutton Road site in Rochford, a peaceful and calm space, making it the ideal place to learn new skills for employment.

Our Ability Works Employment Programme offers:
  • Skill development: Offering tailored training to develop essential workplace skills.
  • Confidence building: Empowering participants through personalised coaching and mentorship.
  • Job placement: Collaborating with local businesses to secure meaningful employment opportunities.
  • Ongoing support: Providing continuous assistance to ensure long-term success in the workplace.
Programme features: Workshops and training sessions; one-to-one mentoring; CV writing and interview preparation; work experience opportunities and a supportive community environment.
