The Mindful Life Group - Mindfulness for Older Adult Caregivers

This is a free online course for older adult carers (usually 65+) who care for an adult family member, friend or child with additional needs. We know that current or previous caregiving can deplete the people who provide it, and this course has been designed to support you, wherever you are in your caregiving journey. We use mindfulness techniques to ease stress, anxiety and develop resilience.
