ATF: Future Makers

ATF’s Future Makers provides a broad range of vocational development opportunities for young people and adults in underserved communities across South Essex. Participants benefit from a range of easy access options including volunteering, training and development, work placements and paid opportunities, all within a supportive and encouraging environment. This helps to identify and nurture individual abilities, increase confidence, experience and self-worth, and positively address limiting self beliefs.
