Neurodivergent Safe Space

We support Neurodivergent (Autistic, PDA, ADHD, DCD) teens and young adults aged 13+ and their parents/carers who are experiencing mental health difficulties or supporting people through a hard time. We currently run multiple clubs per week where the attendees meet up, join in activities, speak to neurodivergent adults, go out for activities, get support for their mental health difficulties, make friends, and have a space that they can call their own.

You don’t have to worry about being judged or misunderstood, you are able to talk about things that are bothering you, or personal things that you would not feel comfortable speaking openly about elsewhere. This is a safe space where you can be yourself and be a human without being judged.
