Who can use this service?
Adult carers aged over 18 years who look after a relative or friend who due to ill health, physical or mental illness, disability, frailty or addiction cannot manage without their support (based in Mid or South Essex).
How are services delivered?
Personalised 1-1 support in the community, Social groups Support groups Virtual Drop-ins. We will provide you with personalised and tailored advice online, by phone, or face to face.
